Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Soll Marina Hotel Serpong, I was pleasantly surprised by the culinary journey the onsite restaurant offers. As a marine biologist who appreciates both food and sustainable practices, I found the menu thoughtfully curated with a nod to local Indonesian flavors. I indulged in their breakfast, which featured a good variety of dishes, though somewhat limited in scope. Each morning, I enjoyed authentic options that reflected the rich culinary heritage of Indonesia. The ambiance of the restaurant was calming, perfect for a serene meal while connecting to high-speed Wi-Fi to catch up on my work. In the evenings, I relaxed at the Chills Lounge, where light snacks and refreshing drinks complemented the cozy atmosphere. The staff's attentiveness was evident but not overly intrusive, allowing for an enjoyable experience. The added convenience of a nearby store made it easy to grab snacks or beverages without venturing far. All in all, Soll Marina provides a well-rounded culinary experience within a welcoming setting, making it a suitable choice for dining enthusiasts.
